October 15th-Pregnancy & Infant Loss Rememberance Day

Today is the national pregnancy and infant loss remembrance day. No matter what time zone you are in, please light a candle at 7 p.m. to remember those babies that were gone too soon. I am proud of the family and friends who will join me in lighting a candle for my son. Mason Landon Shaw born too soon November 19th 2007. Mommy, Daddy, and your brothers and sisters miss you and love you very much. We cannot wait until we get to be reunited again. I am so thankful for the promise of Christ which gives us the joy to be reunited. I love you my son and think about you every day. You will always be a part of our lives.

Your blog is beautiful. I, too, have lost a son, though the cause was Trisomy 13. He was 12 days old when God called him back into His arms. I know this post is 3 years old, but I found this image in a search. It is beautiful, comforting and a breath of hope. Who is the artist? I would love to find a copy of it for my home. Keep up the excellent writing. It's a joy to read of your experiences as a mom of children at home and in heaven. My prayers are with you.

Thank you so much for the kind words, and I am sorry for your loss. I am sorry, but I found the picture in a search too. I truly wish I could tell you where. Thank you very much, and I pray for your family.
